By using Scratchle you agree to these terms. They're short and intentionally simple.
Who runs Scratchle
Scratchle is operated by tlpth labs GmbH, a company based in Switzerland.
Using the service
Use Scratchle for friendly play. Don't upload illegal content, content you don't have rights to, or content that violates anyone's privacy. We may suspend access for misuse.
Your photos
You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display them inside your rooms only, for the purpose of running the game. Photos are auto-deleted 30 days after a room ends — see the privacy notice.
Liability
Scratchle is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, tlpth labs GmbH's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, and capped at the amount you have paid for the service (which for free use is zero). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or photos.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of tlpth labs GmbH in Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
